What is the difference between 招聘 & 摄入?

• 招聘 is in reference to joining one of the organizations within our Interfraternity Council and the Panhellenic Association. The Interfraternity Council hosts a Rush Week involving orientation, community events, 社交活动, an invite-only event, and ends with Bid Day (our new member reveal). The Panhellenic Association has a formal recruitment practice in the fall involving an orientation, 慈善事业 and sisterhood-themed events to get to know the potential new members, a Preference Night, and then a Bid Day.
• 摄入 is in reference to joining Alpha Psi Lambda or one of our NPHC city-wide organizations. The intake process involves informational meetings, 社交活动, and submission of an application. *Alpha Psi Lambda and NPHC organizations are not open to first-semester freshmen, but that does not mean that you can’t take the time to get to know them.*
